Today is Holocaust Memorial Day, a day to honour the six million Jews and other groups of people who were murdered under Nazi persecution and in the genocides of Cambodia, Rwanda, Bosnia and Darfur. It is important to remember those who suffered, learn and ensure that prejudice and hatred has no place in today’s world.
