The Top Six shortlist for the 2024/25 Men’s PFA Players' Player of the Year award has been chosen by PFA members. The winner will be honoured on 19 August at the 52nd annual PFA Awards ceremony in Manchester.

Newcastle’s Alexander Isak secures his first PFA Players’ Player of the Year nomination after a fantastic campaign on Tyneside. The Swede recorded 23 league goals during his most prolific season to date, and helped the Magpies win their first major trophy in over 50 years after netting in the League Cup final at Wembley.
Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has also been nominated by fellow Premier League players. The Portuguese contributed eight league goals and ten assists for his side during the campaign. He also became the player with the most goal contributions in the history of the UEFA Europa League after guiding his team to the final.
Last season’s Young Player of the Year Cole Palmer has landed a Top Six nomination after a solid trophy-winning year in blue. The 23-year-old scored 15 Premier League goals for Chelsea, helping his side secure Champions League football next season.
Arsenal’s Declan Rice picks up a Players’ Player of the Year nomination after a play-maker performance in Arteta’s midfield. He hit a career high of nine goals in a single campaign, with 10 assists across 52 matches in all competitions.
Two-time PFA Players’ Player of the Year winner Mo Salah picks up another Top Six nomination. The Golden Boot winner had arguably his best season to date for Premier League champions Liverpool, netting 29 league goals and 18 assists over the campaign.
On-form Alexis Mac Allister joins teammate Salah in the Top Six shortlist. The Argentine was a mainstay of Slot’s midfield and had an exceptional season for the league Champions, scoring five and assisting five in 35 appearances.
