Manchester City’s Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw has won the PFA Player of the Year award after an incredible 2023/24 WSL campaign.
Shaw ended the season as the league’s top scorer with 21 goals – including three hat-tricks – and three assists in just 18 appearances, beating her tally from the season prior by one.
The Jamaica international picks up the award for the first time and becomes the third City player to receive the prize, with Lucy Bronze and Izzy Christiansen as previous club winners.
Shaw clinches the main title, with City teammates Lauren Hemp and Yui Hasegawa also making the Top Six shortlist, alongside Chelsea trio Erin Cuthbert, Niamh Charles, and Lauren James.
