Jodi Jones has been crowned PFA League Two Player of the Year following his record-breaking season for Notts County.
Jones produced 24 assists from the middle of the park, surpassing Kevin De Bruyne and Thierry Henry’s record for most assists in one campaign in the top four tiers of English football.
The 26-year-old also bagged eight goals in County’s return to the football league, highlighting his dual-threat from midfield.
Jones takes the Award following being nominated alongside teammate Macauley Langstaff, AFC Wrexham’s Paul Mullin and Elliot Lee, Stockport County’s Paddy Madden and Mansfield’s Davis Keillor-Dunn who were all among the names Top Six shortlisted for the prize by PFA members.
