Applications are now open for the PFA Effective Board Member programme (formerly ‘On the Board’).
Scheduled to commence in November 2022, this exciting and pioneering programme has been created and designed to address the under-representation and lack of diversity within organisations. Fully funded by the PFA it seeks to provide candidates with the executive skills required to govern and represent at the highest level. With this goal in mind we particularly welcome and invite applications from Black, Asian and Mixed Heritage members.
