- Election results for all positions announced on 12 April 2021
- ALL candidates for all the positions below must receive a minimum of three nominations from current members (2020/21).

Players’ Board (Current Members)
Please submit your nomination (signed by you and three current members) to CPelections@thepfa.com, together with a brief summary of:
- Details of your playing career;
- Reasons for applying to the Players' Board;
- Relevant positions of responsibility held during your playing career.
Players’ Board (Former Members)
We are looking for former members who can demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the PFA, and with strong values and experience relevant to the role, including leadership or other board room skills. Please submit your nomination (signed by you and three current members) to FPelections@thepfa.com, together with a brief summary of:
- Details of your playing career, including your retirement date;
- Reasons for applying to the Players' Board;
- Relevant positions of responsibility held during and following your playing career;
- Your journey and future plans following your retirement from football.
