The PFA is pleased to announce the appointment of Savannah Group to assist the search for a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This selection follows a rigorous and transparent tender process.
The recruitment of the CEO will be led by Savannah Group Partner Tony Simpson, whose team have a demonstrable track record of placing diverse leadership talent across the sport and media industry.

Following the recruitment process, the PFA's Independent Advisory Panel will recommend one or more successful candidates to the Players' Board. The Board will then decide on the candidates to be proposed to the PFA General Assembly, and the members will elect the new CEO.
