Lowe has been voted the December PFA Bristol Street Motors Fans’ Player of the Month by football fans across the country.
In a vote the Pompey winger won with a staggering 42% of the vote, beating Barnsley defender Ethan Pinnock, who finished in second place.
In the third of four divisional votes carried out over seven days it was clear that Lowe’s impressive performances last month has resonated with supporters up and down the country.
The full list of contenders from the final shortlist polled were as follows:
- Jamal Lowe (Portsmouth) - 42%
- Ethan Pinnock (Barnsley) – 22%
- John Marquis (Doncaster) – 16%
- James Collins (Luton Town) - 11%
- James Shea (Luton Town) - 7%
- Ivan Toney (Peterborough) - 3%
