PFA Fans' Player of the Month

An overview of the recommendations following the Independent Review of the PFA. 

Following a meeting of the PFA’s Management Committee yesterday, the player’s union is calling for heading in training to be reduced and monitored.

Throughout October half-term members of QPR's Under 18’s side visited the popular Soccer School at PlayFootball, the Masbro Youth Centre which is located in Shepherds Bush, Safe Camp at the Phoenix Academy and a community session in North Kensington – events which are all run by the Community Trust.

The PFA’s Community Department is committed to raising awareness of the extensive work and participation of players in support of community and charitable engagement.

The PFA and PFA Charity are forming an advisory group to help define the union and charity’s future support provisions for former footballers with neurodegenerative conditions.

Following consultation with Clubs, the EFL Board has agreed to increase the permitted number of substitutes to five in all Sky Bet EFL fixtures.
