PFA Children Today Challenge Cup

This summer, six ex-professional footballers will be captaining teams through the Wild West to compete for the unique and prestigious PFA Children Today Challenge Cup in Arizona, USA.

On this action-packed desert adventure they will trek, bike and kayak through the spectacular Wild West landscape of the Arizona desert and trek down into the iconic Grand Canyon.

After exploring the hidden Garden of Eden that is the home of the Havasupai Indians the trip culminates in the ultimate hiking challenge of climbing back up out of the Grand Canyon in a day. Every day there will be challenges where they and their teams will compete for points to win this year’s Challenge Cup.

As the PFA are sponsoring the team captains to take part in this event, all funds raised from this summer's challenge will help Children Today to provide vital specialised equipment to improve the lives of disabled children and young people all over the UK.  Each of the team captains can win extra points for their team before they even leave the UK, with your help!

They are raising money to help Children Today make a real difference to the lives of children living with disabilities. You can sponsor them through their Just Giving pages and not only boost your favourite footballer’s chances of winning the Cup but also help them to support this fantastic cause.

Who do you think can conquer the Canyon?
