Fabrice Muamba, Delegate Liaison Executive

Fabrice is based in the Manchester office works alongside Deputy Chief Executive John Bramhall, Assistant Chief Executives Richard Jobson and Simon Barker and Executive Ritchie Humphreys.

Fabrice began his career in 2002 at Arsenal’s Youth Academy. Following a loan spell with Birmingham City, he made the move permanent in 2007 making over 70 appearances.

In 2008 Fabrice joined Bolton Wanderers, going on to make 130 appearances for the club.

In March 2012, Fabrice suffered a cardiac arrest during an FA Cup match between Bolton and Tottenham Hotpsur. He announced his retirement from professional football in August 2012.

Muamba studied for a BA in Sports Journalism at Staffordshire University, graduating with honours from the PFA supported course.
