Dave Palmer, Community Liaison Executive (South).
Dave was a young professional at Wrexham Football Club during the late 1970s.
He then moved into a role as Football Development Manager working in partnership with a number of local authorities, The FA and Sport England. In 1991 he took up a position as the South East Regional Director for the National Football in the Community Programme working closely with Chief Executives at Premier League and Football League Clubs.
Dave subsequently joined the PFA as a Community Liaison Executive for the South which involves working with various personnel at 36 Football League clubs, advising on and monitoring player engagement within the local community. He also represents the PFA on various committees and acts as our key point of contact for a number of our national charity partners.
