Wilshere has returned from 14 months out with an ankle injury to play like he was never away from the Arsenal first team.

He also forced his way back into Roy Hodgson’s England team with an impressive performance against Brazil at Wembley.

Wilshere was handed the number 10 shirt at the start of the 2012/12 season and has relished the opportunity of playing regularly again after his injury nightmare.

Wilshere won the PFA Young Player of the Year award for the 2010/11 season.
