The PFA's latest Publication ...
The PFA’s latest publication is ‘4 the player’ which we hope all our members will benefit from as we look to give a further insight into all the work that goes on at the PFA and the services that are on offer.
The PFA recognises that communication with our members is vital and we hope this will be enhanced by the latest magazine. The introduction of ‘4 the player’ has also coincided with the launch of the new website and the utilisation of Twitter. Our aim across all three mediums is to highlight the work that we are doing and how the PFA supports both the 4,000 current members and 50,000 former members.
We previously had magazines for Education (New Goals) and Community (Profile) and ‘4 the player’ aims to build on their success, but also highlight the great work we do in other areas such as Equalities, Delegate Liaison, Coaching, Enterprises and the Player Management Agency.
We will continue to produce Players Club, meaning players will now be receiving two magazines as part of their membership of the PFA. Whilst Players Club will remain a lifestyle magazine, the new publication will cover issues and topics that are important to every one of our members, regardless of whether they are a multi-million pound superstar or the latest young apprentice at a League Two club.
All current players will receive hard copies of the magazine via the post, however ‘4 the Player’ will be available for all members to view and download via the website soon.
